I'm Baaaaaack!

Dear Lovely Ladies,

I'm back.
Spain was lovely! I had so much fun visiting my family and seeing everything! When I was with my friends in the North of Spain, I got bored. I know it sounds bad "Geez I went to Spain for 4 weeks and it was sooooooo boring" But we didn't leave their apartment until like 8 at night and then we stayed out until 3 sitting downtown or in another persons apartment...everybody smoked marijuana and when I say everybody, I mean EVERYBODY. Except for me, being the good citizen I am.
The person I was staying with was kind of a prick too...so that didn't help.
But I loved the big cities! It was amazing!
It was gay pride week during the time I was in Madrid so there were TONS AND TONS AND TONS of people there! On the downside, they were wearing rather awkward costumes.

4 weeks was a long time though and I was verrrrry verrrry excited to go home. I missed my mama!
I'll probably put a few pictures up however, I am a really really bad picture taker sooooo there's not too many decent fotos to look at.
A few though. So if I can figure out how to put them on, I deffo will!

School starts In a week and a half for me! One more year baby!
I'm so pumped to get Senior year over with. I want to live my own life. Kick Butt and Take Names and all of that.

Right now, I'm busy working on College applications and scholarship nonsense. It's horrible how expensive college is. Oi! Any suggestions for me would be appreciated.

To say adieu or however you spell that. I'll be in Chicago for the next week and a half with family and on next sunday (the 27th), I shall be leaving the country!
10 days and I'll be leaving los Estados Unidos!
On the fourth of July, I'm leaving my family in Spain and going to live with a friend for the rest of the month.
I'll be back tentatively in August.

Maybe, I'll be able to use my aunts computer while i'm in Chicago to post, but probs not. I'll try and write when I get there but I'm going to guess that I'll be muy muy sleepy so the future is a mystery.

I'll try and post pictures when I get back, if I can figure out how!

My spanish final is tomorrow EEK!

I'm very good at conversational spanish, I have to be because most of my cousins don't speak english but I suck, seriously, at conjugating on a piece of paper. Specifically the Imperfect, Subjunctive, Preterite and Past Subjunctive tenses. I am soooooooooooo bad. I can hold a complete conversation with my spanish teacher or Adrian or my aunts but as soon as a test is put in front of me and the directions say "Conjugate the verb Tener in the Preterite tense" I'm like SAY WHAT?!
Clueless.
So hopefully, since the exam is all fill in the little blue circle, I'll do okay.
On the bright side, This was my last full day of school. :)
I'm done on Wednesday! Hallellujah!

P.S. I'm watching Steven Baldwin on the television right now, and i'm of the oppinion that he is an idiot. Also, he has pouty lips.

Ooh...hey Bambi...What the hell are you doing in my back yard?

So...
I'm sick. Yeah...a nasty cold/migraine/cramps up the hoo hah.
But that's not the exciting part.
I woke up this morning and went up to the kitchen and looked out at our backyard...
What do you think I saw?
A FRICKEN DEER!!!!!!
WHY IS THERE A DEER IN MY BACK YARD?!?!
I live the middle of a city, a busy city. Not like Chicago or Milwaukee but still. Not excactly small town. And a deer was in my back yard! MY FENCED IN BACK YARD.
And where was my dog?
GONE!
GONE GONE GONE!
My dog broke our fence and what took it's place, a deer. So I had to go look for my dog, and call the fricken animal control because there was a deer in my backyard.
There is a little bit of a field nearby and I've seen some deer maybe once or twice but it's still a ways away from my house.
How strange.
And I didn't find my dog. She came back on her own like an hour ago.
Wow.



Oh and Spain?
I AM SO GOING.

Happy New Year everyone!
I'm so glad this year is over. It wasn't horrible but it hasn't been all that terrific for me either. I hope that everyone's coming 365 days are much better than the last round :)
And I know 2010 will be a great year because January 1st starts the 6 month countdown until I go to Spain!!!!!
I have been waiting for two years and I am finally going. Oi! Oi! Oi!!!!!! Lalalalala!!!!!

I've even made a little map that's the background of my computer...just incase I forget where i'm going.

I'm so ready! The summer can't come fast enough!!!

Anybody else have any New Year excitement coming up??

Travel Channel is awesome.

That's why I love it. I wish I could be Anthony Bourdain, he is probably the most amazing person on television to this day. I am learning about India via Travel Channel annnnnnnndddd I would like to go....right now.
It looks so beautiful and I love colors that I always see when we see pictures and watch movies from India. I'm also in the mood for a good Bollywood flick. I wish I could get the Indian channel!That would be AWESOME!!!!!!
I mean, I love the Spanish channel, Univision and Telemundo are wonderful and I love telemundos (but I hate American soaps) but I feel like an Indian soap opera would be THE best thing on tv of all time! Also I wish we played Cricket rather than Football (American) not Futbol (soccer). I freaking hate football, seriously. It's really vulgar and it's a cheap sport. I prefer Soccer (futbol) because it instills national pride and EVERYBODY but us watched it. I have family and friends in Spain and when they come and visit they make sure it isn't when there will be a major futbol match because they don't want to be the only ones to miss it. Last year, my friend Adrian was visiting and he made me watch the World Cup or something like that at 3 in the morning then we spent the rest of the night talking to our other friends in Spain about it. It was nice to feel like you're a part of something that the WHOLE COUNTRY is a part of. With Football, you have 20+ teams that you can choose from and if you're not completely loyal to one team, you run the risk of getting shanked by Packer fanatics in a dark alley way when you're wearing the new Favre Viking jersey.
Oh well....

On a wonderfull bright note...
I HAVE A FOLLOWERRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!! Odna, I bless you and your family and your camels and cats and grandchildren and great grandchildren, and your car, and the trees around your house and the toothbrush you use and EVERYTHING!
